MY STORY

My aim with coaching is to help people with active social lives reach a level they never thought possible - both physically and mentally. I thrive on seeing clients progress in every area of life through the habits and mindset we build together.
I’ve been passionate about sports from a young age, with experience in gymnastics, football, rugby, and swimming. Throughout school, I fell in love with the gym. I was the skinny kid blaming my metabolism for holding me back from my physique goals - until I chose to invest in myself.
Since then, I’ve transitioned into online coaching after heavily investing in my own education and development, even completing an elite-level photoshoot.
Now, through AMCA, I help others achieve the same transformation by building solid foundations and habits. My mission is to guide you toward reaching your physique goals while improving your overall quality of life.
