MY STORY

Built from Struggle, Driven by Purpose.

I was the skinny kid blaming genetics. Now I coach lads who train but don't look like it.


I've been training since school - gymnastics, football, rugby, swimming, then fell in love with lifting. But for years I looked the same despite being consistent in the gym. Skinny, blaming my metabolism, making excuses.


Then I got serious. Invested in proper coaching. Built a system. Got lean. Did an elite-level photoshoot to prove I'd actually transformed.
Now I coach lads aged 22-30 through The Lifestyle Blueprint System - the exact 52-week roadmap I used to go from skinny and average to looking like I actually lift.


No quick fixes. Just systematic execution across 6 phases that transforms lads who train consistently but look average into lads with mint physiques.
My mission: Help lads stop wasting their 20s looking average despite training 4x a week. Build the physique, the discipline, and the habits that last for life.
